# Saving the Proposed Cash Out for Purchase Orders

If you're creating a Purchase Order for a supplier without paying the amount immediately (with the intention to pay later), it's recommended to link the payment to the purchase order to maintain proper document flow.

## Saving the Proposed Cash Out for Purchase Orders

1. Go to the Accounting Module.
2. Open the “Cash Out” page.
3. Select the " [Treasury](https://help.getedara.com/en/articles/5244403-granting-revoking-access-permission-to-a-cash-account) ".
4. Click on " **Proposed PO** ".
5. Choose the “ [Warehouse](https://help.getedara.com/en/articles/5244387-granting-revoking-a-warehouse-access-permission) ”.

> **Note:** If the purchase order was created under a [Store](https://help.getedara.com/en/articles/9379941-granting-revoking-a-sales-store-access-permission), click “” to switch to the Sales Stores List.

1. Click on “ **→** ”.
2. Search for the purchase order using its Code, Supplier Name, or Date.
3. Select the desired Purchase Order.

> **Note:** You can modify the [cash-out date](https://help.getedara.com/en/articles/5244341-granting-revoking-permission-to-modify-dates-in-documents) linked to the purchase order, change the [currency](https://help.getedara.com/en/articles/5244600-adding-a-currency-in-edara), and add a responsible person if needed.

1. Click on “ **Save** ”.
