# Importing Purchase Persons

If you have multiple purchase persons and want to add them in bulk, “Edara” makes the process easier through the import feature.

## Importing Purchase Persons

1. Go to Data.
2. Open the “Data Import” page.
3. Choose the “Purchase” module.
4. Click on “ **Download Template** ”.
5. Open the Excel file and enter the names of the purchase persons.
6. Click on “ **Upload File** ” to import it back into the system.
7. Select the file containing the purchase persons’ data.
8. Click on “ **Save** ”.
