Viewing the Aggregate Stock Cost Report

An accurate understanding of inventory costs helps you make decisions leading to effective management. Here are the steps to determine those costs using "Edara."

Steps to Display the Stock Cost Report

  • Go to the Warehouse Module

  • Select "Stock Cost Report."

  • Choose the desired warehouse or all warehouses.

  • Specify the balance status: "Non-zero balances" or "All."

  • Select the desired brand, if applicable.

  • Choose the columns you want to display.

Note: You can select columns such as Sales Price, Average cost, Item Code, Last Purchase Order Price, Last Purchase Order Currency, Expected receipt, and Last 365-day profit %.

  • Click "Generate" to view the report.

Displaying Inventory Costs Across All Warehouses in an Aggregated Manner

The benefit of selecting the consolidated report is that it shows the total cost of the warehouse or all warehouses. If not selected, the items will be displayed individually. The steps are as follows:

  • Go to the Warehouse Module

  • Select "Stock Cost Report."

  • Choose all warehouses.

  • Select "Show aggregate stock costs only"
