You can review all inventory movements for each warehouse to understand how the ending balance was reached, helping you monitor and manage inventory more effectively.

## Analyzing inventory movements for each warehouse from the Stock Sell-out Summary Report

1. Go to the “Warehouse” Module.
2. Open the "Stock Sell-out Summary" page.
3. Select all warehouses.
4. Select the required date range.
5. Click on " **Generate** ".

The default setting groups data by stock item.

1. Remove grouping by stock item.
2. Drag the "Warehouse" column and drop it below the search bar.

The results will be displayed for each warehouse, including Sales, Purchases, Sales Return, Purchase Return, Transfer, Receiver, Starting Balance, and Ending Balance.

> **Note:** If the "Show zero sell out stock items" setting is not enabled, the Stock Sell Out Summary Report displays balances only for warehouses that have inventory movements. As a result, the opening balance may not match the total balance across all warehouses, since the report is based only on warehouses with actual activity.
