# Stock Items Bulk Editing

Because modifying each item's data individually can be time-consuming, especially when dealing with a large number of items, "Edara" provides a bulk editing feature to save you time and effort.

## Manual Editing

1. Go to the warehouse module
2. Open the "Stock items bulk edit" page
3. Specify the conditions for the items you want to edit, if applicable
4. Click "Columns" to choose the columns you want to edit
5. Click " **Generate** "

6- Modify the necessary data

7- Click "**Save**"

## Editing Using Excel

Follow the same steps as above until step 5 then:

1. Click "More Actions" and then choose "Export to Excel"
2. Make the required modifications in the extracted sheet
