If you have created purchase orders and want to receive them, you need to view the proposed orders and save the receive supplies document.

## Viewing the Proposed Orders in Receive Supplies Documents and Save it

1. Go to the Warehouse Module.
2. Open the Recieve Supplies page.
3. Choose the Warehouse.
4. Click on “ **Proposed Orders** ”.
5. Click on **"→"** .
6. Select the Order.
7. Click **"Save"** .

> **Note:** "Edara" allows comparing items and quantities of Proposed Orders with [the associated purchase order using a scanner](https://help.getedara.com/en/articles/5245439-compare-receive-supplies-with-purchase-orders-when-using-a-scanner), ensuring the accurate receipt of items with the correct items and quantities, and reducing human errors.
