When managing sales and analyzing performance, you may need to track results quickly and efficiently to make accurate decisions. The Dashboard in the Gross Profit Report allows you to monitor sales, profits, discounts, and costs over any selected period, with the option to view data by warehouses or stock item classifications. This helps you identify the top-performing warehouse or stock item and take informed actions based on clear, accurate data.

## Displaying the Gross Profit Dashboard (BI)

1. Go to the “BI” module.
2. Open the “Gross Profit” page.

The dashboard will be displayed by default.

1. Select the desired time period.
2. Select the warehouse classifications.
3. Select the specific warehouse or group of warehouses.
4. Select the classification levels.

The item classification level filter is based on the classification tree levels in the system, such as Classification 1, Classification 2, and Classification 3. When you select a level, the classifications available within that level will be displayed, allowing you to select a specific classification to narrow down the displayed data.

1. Select the metric you want to analyze, such as Net Sales, Gross Profit, or other available metrics.

After completing the steps, you will find a quick summary at the top of the page showing the values of Gross Profit, Net Sales, and Sales Volume for the selected period.

The dashboard also includes four wedges whose data changes based on the selected Metric, helping you analyze performance from different angles:

1. Metric Trend: Shows the trend of the selected metric over time. You can select the time period to display the data daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually, and change the visualization between Bars, lines, or points.
2. Metric by Warehouse: Displays the value of the selected metric by warehouse, helping you compare warehouse performance over time (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually), with the option to change the visualization between Bars, lines, or points.
3. Metric by Classification: Displays the value of the selected metric by item classification, helping you compare the performance of different classifications and identify the top-performing classifications.
4. Metric by Salesperson (Top 10): Displays the top 10 salespersons based on the selected metric, helping you compare salesperson performance during the selected period.
