## Displaying Interactive View in the Gross Profit Report (BI)

1. Go to the "BI" module.
2. Open the "Gross Profit" page.
3. Go to the “Data Pivots”.
4. Go to the "Interactive View" section.
5. Select the required time period.
6. Choose the aggregation method(such as Sum, Average, Max, etc.).
7. Select the metric (such as Net Sales, Gross Profit, COGS, or VAT).
8. Select how to display the results (e.g., Table, Table Bar Chart, Heatmap, etc.).

The results will be displayed instantly based on the options you selected.

> **Note:** Interactive View is highly flexible, allowing you to freely drag and drop data on the vertical and horizontal axes to create a customized report according to your needs. For example:

1. Columns (Horizontal Axis): You can place Year and Month.
2. Rows (Vertical Axis): You can place Customer and Stock Item.

In this way, the report displays each customer's sales and stock items they purchased, segmented by year and month, with the ability to adjust the axes as needed, giving you full control over structuring and building your data matrices, unlike other standard reports.
