# Exporting Stock Items to an Excel File

You can export stock item data into an Excel file when you need to review, edit, or share it.

## Exporting Stock Items to an Excel File

1. Go to the "Warehouse” Module.
2. Open the "Stock Items bulk edit" page.
3. Set conditions for the stock items you want to export.
4. Go to "Columns".
5. Enable the columns you want to display.
6. Click on " **Generate** ".
7. Click on " **More Actions** ".
8. Select "Export to Excel".
