When dealing with customers from different countries, you may need to issue invoices in different currencies based on the customer’s country.

## Creating an invoice in a new currency

Make sure the currency is already added through the “[Currencies](https://help.getedara.com/en/articles/5244600-adding-a-currency-in-edara)” page and selected in the customer’s details.

1. Go to the “Sales” Module.
2. Open the “Sales Order” page.
3. Select the warehouse.
4. Click on “ **New** ”.
5. Search for the required stock items.
6. Enter the customer’s name.
7. Select the currency you want.
8. Click on “ **Save** ”.

> **Note:** You can change the currency within the sales order as long as no related transactions have been processed.
