1. [Create a new Sales Store](https://help.getedara.com/en/articles/5245627-creating-a-sales-store) .
2. [Create a sales order](https://help.getedara.com/en/articles/5245658-creating-a-sales-order) under this Store.
3. [Create an Issue Offering](https://help.getedara.com/en/articles/5240797-creating-an-issue-offering) .
4. Go to the "Sales" module.
5. Open the "Sales Returns" page.
6. Select the required warehouse.
7. Click on **"New"** .
8. Search for the Issue Offering document you created.
9. Click on **"Save"** .
