In some cases, a customer may create a sales order and then decide not to complete it. Therefore, the system enables you to cancel unpaid and unissued sales orders easily.

1. Go to the “POS” module.
2. Open the Sales Orders page.
3. Click on “ **︙** ”.
4. Click on “ **Cancel Order** ”.
5. Click on the red “ **Cancel** ” button to confirm.
