# Saving a Document as PDF

Instead of printing documents on paper, “Edara” allows you to save them as PDF files on your device — providing a convenient way to keep digital records.

## Saving a Document as PDF

Let’s take a Sales Order as an example:

1. Go to the Sales module.
2. Open the Sales Orders page.
3. Search for the desired order using the 🔍 icon (You can also browse using the navigation arrows at the bottom of the page).
4. Click on the printer icon " ".
5. Select "Print Order".
6. Click on " **Print** ".
7. Choose "Save as PDF" in the Destination field.
8. Click on " **Save** ".
9. Choose the desired location on your device.
10. Click " **Save** " again to complete.
