# Displaying the Stock Item Image in the Sales Order Printout

Some customers may want to verify the products they purchase, so displaying stock item images in printed sales order details can enhance their experience.

## Displaying the Stock Item Image in the Sales Order Printout

Firstly, make sure that you have added an image for the stock item during its coding on the “Stock Items” page.

Then, follow these steps:

### 1-Enabling the Image Option in Print Templates

1. Go to “Settings”.
2. Open the “Print Templates” page.
3. Search for the required print template using the search bar, or filter the list using the “Document” column. You can also filter by any other column as needed.
4. Click on the “ **⋮** ” icon in the “Actions” column next to the required print template.
5. Click on “ **Edit** ”.

> **Note:** Select a print template other than the system template, as it cannot be modified, or [create a new template](https://help.getedara.com/en/articles/5244278-creating-a-new-print-template-in-simple-mode).

1. Go to “Order Details Data”.
2. Enable the “Image” option.
3. Click on “ **Save** ”.

### 2- Displaying the Stock Item Image in Sales Order Details

1. Go to the “Sales” module.
2. Open the “Sales Order” page.
3. Select the “Warehouse”.
4. Search for the sales order you need.
5. Click on “ **⁝** ” in the top right corner.
6. Click on “ **›** ” next to “ **Columns** ”.
7. Enable the “Item Image” column.
8. Click on “ **Save** ”.

### 3- Printing the Sales Order with the Stock Item Image

1. Click on “ ” for printing.
2. Select “Print Order”.
3. Click on “ **Print** ”.
